1. Amora – The Academy of Sex and Relationships is a registered trademark of the Muse Corporation Limited. Referred to as ‘Amora’ throughout this document.

Admissions are strictly over 18’s only (proof of age may be required; passport, photo driving licence or any other government approved photo identification are the only forms accepted). Exceptions can be made for special educational tour groups with prior confirmation of permission in writing from the Muse Corporation Limited.
3. Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

The following are not permitted on the premises: No smoking, no photography, camera’s, mobile phones, food or drink, no alcohol or illegal substances, no animals except for guide dogs

6. Promotional Offers: from time to time Amora will offer promotional offers and discounts, to take advantage of any offer specific terms and conditions apply. Visitors may be asked for promotional codes, vouchers or coupons, student or other cards to redeem offers, please check your offer details for further information.
7. Bookings can be made online at
www.amoralondon.com. All
bookings to be confirmed in writing by letter, E-mail
sales@lasr.com or by Fax 020 7734 3652. A booking reference will be provided – ensure that you bring with you either your ticket or email confirmation together with the credit card that was used to make the transaction.
8. Tickets are allocated in time slots or as peak (5pm – 12 midnight) or off-peak (11am – 5pm) tickets (shown on the face of the ticket and on booking confirmation). Open tickets are available on a request basis only and management cannot guarantee entry during peak times.

Cancellations charges
(a) Individuals (9 visitors or less)
- No refunds. All individual bookings carry 100% cancellation charges. This does not effect your statutory rights.
(b) Groups (10 visitors or more)
- No cancellation charges if cancelled more than
15 days prior to the date of the visit booked.
- 50% charge will apply for cancellations received between
15-5 days prior to the date of the visit booked.
- 100% charge will apply for cancellations received within less than
5 days prior to the date of the visit booked.
(c) 100% charge will apply to no-shows.
(d) 100% charge will apply to anyone who cannot produce proof of age when asked by security or door team.
(e) Management reserve the right to refuse entry where any of the terms and conditions are in breach – if entry is refused 100% cancellation charges apply.
10.
Late arrivals
(a) Ticket time slots apply. Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to allocated time on ticket and any group of 20 + visitors arrives 10 minutes prior.
(b) Late arrivals may have to wait until the next available time slot.
(c) Amora will always try to accommodate any late arrival, however, late entry is not guaranteed and Amora will not be liable for any form of compensation.

Payment conditions:
(a) Full payment in clear funds is required prior to the date and time of visit.
(b) All monies are payable in advance to the Muse Corporation Limited.
