understand the risks, opportunity costs and benefits of insourcing or outsourcing particular operational
requirements.

tools-to enable an organisation to understand how to optimise value and processes internally and externally
within the organisation.
- To this end the QV® Methodology focuses on internal organisational process design and its alignment with key
value requirements within a specific strategy. This is also linked to how benefits are to be realised and the
business transformed through effective and efficient change management processes.
- If a decision to outsource is taken the QV® Methodology also provides a rigorous and robust way of thinking about
the complex range of external resource management choices available to a buying organisation. A primary focus
is on the appropriateness of reactive and proactive approaches to sourcing and relationship management for
