Glenda is founder and CEO of Aurora, which provides women-focused corporate HR and marketing services to over 100 blue-chip clients globally. She also chairs the 25,000 member Aurora Businesswomen’s Network, where she brings together experience as a business angel, entrepreneur, manager, government policy maker, curriculum developer and teacher. She is a director of four companies, and a board member of ‘Womankind International’. Glenda has won awards including BusinessWeek’s ‘Business Vision Award; Pioneer of the Nation by HM the Queen; and European Businesswoman of the Year.
